OFFSTAGE: Tim McGraw Says "Change Can Be Hard"

Be careful what you read and believe. Lot of garbage being thrown Tim's way, and he doesn't deserve it. Been around for over 20 years and he has showed what kind of great guy he is over and over. Remember he is in a battle with his label especially the owner of that label. There is a piece out now from Hank Williams 111, very good reading and gives a picture of how the owner of Tim's label really is. I wish Tim and his band the best life has to offer. Change is apart of life, no matter who you are. If you are not growing, and that means sometimes changing what is comfortable in your life, and taking that risk, you are truly not living life to the fullest. Tim McGraw Sued by Label for Breach of Contract

Also Tim may need to sue for lack of support they gave him in his career. With all Tim has done, he hasn't been nominated for Male Vocalist at the CMA since 2003, since 2005 for the ACM. He has had NO major award nods at the CMA's since 2005, and also the ACM's. He has NEVER won and Entertainer award at the ACM's. His label for years has NOT sent out any ads to the industry at award time advertising him for award nods like other labels do. Tim McGraw Sued by Label for Breach of Contract

Now with the album Southern Voice, that one was recorded over two years before it was released in October 2009. In fact Tim did Southern Voice at a event in Texas in 2007 and talked about the album. His tour in 2008 he performed at least four songs from the album. The whole tour Tim talked about the album coming out that fall in 2008 and he was so excited about it and for the fans to have the music. Tim McGraw Sued by Label for Breach of Contract

When Let It Go was released in March 2007 Tim did an interview on SirusXM about the album. He stated again that the album was recorded in 2005 but with his label releasing the GH in 2006 it pushed the released of LIG till 2007. The songs were over two years old and had been performed in concert in 2005 and 2006, that sure didn't make them current, Mike had no problem with that. Tim McGraw Sued by Label for Breach of Contract

Let It Go was recorded in 2005 by Tim Mcgraw but wasn't released till March 2007. I remember seeing Tim in concert in 2005 and him talking about the album and having it out the first of the year in 2006. He did Suspicions in concert when I saw him at the Kentucky Speedway in summer of 2005. Tim in 2005 performed in Washington DC at the Larry King Cardiac fundrasier. Tim's label are less than truthful. Tim is not the only artist they have messed with and hurt their career. One thing they are saying is a flat out lie and I hope Tim's people are top of their game and prove how they are lying. First Curb says the album has to be done in a specific time span so its current, that is BULL. That sure wasn't the way it was with Let It Go or Southern Voice. This album Emotional Traffic is his last album on his contract, they are trying to do everything they can to delay it. His label is the worse, and not just to Tim.
